Hi, I'm Sam, a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and Embodiment Facilitator, mum and lover of all things adventurous and nature bound.
With 22 years in Corporate Project Management and running my own business, I know the supposed "work-life balance" is unattainable and how the busyness and stresses of both can impact our health and wellbeing.
I support quantum curious women eager to embrace and lead change in their health, life and career. I focus on enhancing whole health and an individuals unique HEALTH ARCHAEOLOGY - understanding how the past contributes to the present and future in wellness, energy and work-life integration.
